OVERVEW

Sound corporate governance of financial institutions need to be in place in order for banking and financial supervision to operate efficiently. 

This session is expected to provide the participants with the knowledge of  being an effective director of a financial institution and to ensure proper strategic guidance of the relevant entity.

OBJECTIVES

At the end of the session participants are expected to:
